Okay, I've never done any kind of body work, so bear with me, I am pretty sure the two at the bottom are the cab mounts and I'm not really sure what the two at the top are. Can someone help? Thanks

A tape measure May provide some needed scale, but I think they are floor board patch panels and body mounts. Scout II possibly.
The two top pieces are mud gaurds. They were standard on all 1980 scouts. They are installed behind the rear tire to keep mud from entering the wheel well area where they like to rust.
