What are the dimensions of the "Front Floor Door Seal Lip Maker Panel"

Thank you Jeff. Helps a lot to know. When I eventually deal with my rockers and flooring, I think i can just use those for the floor part. The rust is mostly just outboard few inches of the flooring..... and of course the rocker panels, which are completely eroded away front and back.

By the way, if you wouldn't mind answering another body part question. Do you know what this gusset is called and do you sell a re-pop of them? At least one of mine is pretty badly rusted. The result of it sitting in compost for years, before I took ownership of my Scout II.

Looks easy enough to make my own, at least something that would do the job. But buying a ready made set of them would be convenient.

No official name that I am aware of and no it is not currently reproduced so you will have to make one.

Thanks. True, making them, or at least a functional equivalent, would not be hard.

I'm curious though. I saw this among your products later on, after asking my question. It sure sounds like it serves the same purpose. "Scout II Inner Door Rocker Gusset". If not, then were do these parts go?

Those are for underneath the tub from the inner rocker to the mid body mount. Picture courtesy of SSS.

Ah. Thanks again. And sorry for making you run around. Yeah that's not what I was thinking at all.

Some people do make their own as you said. I found this pic in a BP build thread. It was a '77 and originally had the U-shaped double brace/gusset. They cut it out and put this one in.

I had a look inside one of my fenders. The gussets in my '78 actually look just like this, single and slanted over a bit. Someone told me today that IH made a change to how they did this in 1978.

These guys here decided to do the same. I guess the early type was a little overbuilt and probably more prone to rust.
