Waterpump & Clutch

Guys,

my stock 345's got a big nut pump and a highly questionable fan clutch (appears original). Even at full temp, the clutch+fan doesn't seem to have any power directing any real wind backward through the rad and over the motor. Actually it seems most of the air is just swirling outward radially.

Anyhow, & normally, I'd quickly swap it out for a fixed spacer, but again its a big nut pump. So are there any proven quick fixes out there (deckscrew through the clutch or similar) and/or cheap adapter plate to thread on the front of the pump and attach standard 4-bolt stuff? I really don't wanna buy a new 4bolt pump if I can avoid it.

My shroud's intact, though warped from old age. I admittedly need to seal off the edges to the rad with some alum tape or something. Will do that for sure, but first:fan clutch.
