Warm-Up

So the thermometer has been consistently breaking the 50 degree Mark around here as of lately, and I'm getting into the springtime frame of mind.

I've already got a couple cans of soup and some water ready in a light pack, and I plan on parking at the edge of some public ground for a solitary weekend hike-in-and-stay-for-free. Not sure if squirrel are still in season...

I've also got a good garden plot tilled up at home, and I just changed mower oil and freshened up the fuel tank.

I'm ready for the green season, is anyone else?

Brought home a new camper, worked on it all day yesterday. LST weekend bought all the makings (except soil) for a few raised garden beds. Gonna buy the fencing this weekend for it. So yeah 100% ready for spring!!

Nope, I am no ready yet. We had a terrible snow pack in oregon this winter and my fiance and I only got one chance to go snow shoeing. It was the first time and we both loved it. Last weekend I stowed them away from the spring. I guess it's time to get the bikes out again, but snow shoeing is on the list for next year for sure!

I just got some good soil to mix with the rest of the dirt where the garden is going to be. Now I have to set up some kind of temp fence to keep the dogs out.

Yes I'm ready, although it is green all year round in socal, I am getting the topless and fair weather rolling stock ready to come out and smell the roses. :icon_rotate:

this winter here has been unusually wet and cold and I am ready for more sun. I know stop my bitching I live in socal. :cornut:

also getting ready to wage war on some alien bermuda (devil grass) that has infiltrated my marathon I turf. Can't kill it with round-up while dormant. I have done this every 4 years since buying my house in 99.

Good idea!! Should I tint the cement green then pour it of pour the cement and paint it?

Bet the neighborhood hounds would have that "hu......wtf is this look".

A good buddy sells and installs the new artificial turf but lotsa green for that even with the good guy discount but believe me I've thought about it.:skep:
