I got 1 in a '70 1000 d t'all in ohio..Jeff (d-60)
Jeff I just realized you sent me a e- from early aug, thanks I had aproplem w/ this e- address, someone tryed to get into it, so gmail shut it down, till I could confirm, my acct. Anyways, what gears and is it a 5 bolt w/ posi? Lastly are you coming out west in the near future, I don't know how much that would weight for freight? How much if it meets all those standards? Got around to looking,it's a 3.73 d-60,haven't taken the cover off to see what it is yet..Jeff
Ok, didn't get your msg, but the one out of the '68 is the original which is actually a c-series, but I also have another parts truck '72 1210 d series but that's an 8 lug Dana 60

I have a Dana 44 with stock trac-lok or what ever they call it. Has 3.73 gears.
Where are you located, what year 1100 did this come out of, do you also have front diff. W/ same gears 3.73? How much thanks

I have a heavy duty Dana 30 front with new ball joints. Also has discs and calipers two sets of drag links two set of knuckles. With 3.73's with an open diff. I am in northern California.
They were in my Scout ll. I just replaced every thing front and back on my Scout ll with upgrades so I dont need these at all. I would like to sell both if poss. For a reasonable deal. If they work for u.

Sorry, I believe the diff's on scouts are narrower then the full size p.u.'s my fromt diff. Is a 44 w/ 4:09 gears. I want to stay w/ 44 in front! And want 4:10 for rear. Yet if pull came to shove I'd change out fronts, but 5 lug, with disc's 44's thanks though
