Turn Signal sticking

The left turn signal on my 77 Scout II Traveler does not turn off when I take a left turn. The right signal works fine, but the left does not.

What do I need to repair this?

The left turn signal on my 77 Scout II Traveler does not turn off when I take a left turn. The right signal works fine, but the left does not.

What do I need to repair this?

You will need to remove the steering wheel and replace the broken "cancel spring" in the turn signal assembly.

You can find these in the HELP section of auto parts stores as the Scout utilizes a GM/Saginaw steering column assy.
