trouble with IH engine to GM transmission adapter

I recently purchased the CPT - Crawler Proven Technology Transmission Adapter for GM Automatic to IH Engine to go from an IH motor to a chevy transmission 700r4. One of the bolts on the passenger side is different than the other bolts. Does anyone know what size the bolt is? The kit did not come with a bolt that fits there.
Also, the spacers between the flex plate and fly wheel are too short. Does anyone know how long the spacers are supposed be?
I have pictures, but not sure how to upload them in this forum.

Pictures would help so we can see what you are dealing with. Have not ever had a problem with the spacers being wrong so we might need some additional information from you to determine what might be wrong. These kits come direct from the manufacturer and it is possible that you might have received some wrong hardware and/or spacers. Did the parts match the parts list that came with the kit(it should have had a parts list in the box)?

Attached are pictures of the spacers when installed. I measured the spacers and they are 0.902 inches long. Is that the correct size?

We had a kit on the shelf and put it together up in the shop this morning. The flex plate spacers did measure out at .902. The crank spacer needed to be sanded a bit to get all the rust out of it so the steel sleeve slipped in nicely. Darren then tapped that steel sleeve on the aluminum torque converter adapter with a dead blow. We then slipped it into the crank spacer and the spacers lined up perfect between the flex plate and adapter. I would check and see if the steel sleeve is seating all the way into the factory crank spacer as I could be getting hung up. Thanks.
