Travelette cab mount bushings

Does anyone know of a cab mount bushing set for a 1973 International travelette or is this something I will need to make myself? They appear to be very basic so making them should be fairly easy. Any ideas on where to get material for making them?

I'm not really sure on what to use for a travelette. Seeing that Mike @ iho in Lancaster makes body bushing kits and motor/transmission mounts he May be able to put something together for you. Mike at IH only can be reached at 661-728-9552.
