Traveler top rubber strips

Does IHPARTS carry/stock the1/2 inches wide rubber strip that goes on the top of the roof? there are 5 of them, about 3 1/2 feet long. They are fastened via sitcky glue on the bottom side of the rubber strip.

ok: Plan B - I can manage to get the rubber strips off, can you folks recommend a GOOD two-way tape that will not "break down" or loosen up?
