I wanted to say thank you for quickly shipping a t19 rebuild kit to me. I called on Monday last week for parts you do not normally stock asking if it was possible to receive the parts by the weekend. On Thursday they were sitting on my doorstep. Thank you again for taking the extra effort to get the parts and then turning them around very quickly. It made a big difference to me.
