Transfer Case Shift Lever Frozen

I received my 66 1100a 304ci Travelall this week and have been working on getting it road ready.
The transfer case is stuck in 2WD mode and has absolutely no play.

The only other item of note, I can think of, and probably not relevant, is the four-speed tranny seems to be missing a fifth gear with a top speed of 45mph. I wonder if someone just jammed some stuff together?

Where can I find the numbers for the transfer case I know you are going to need.

I appreciate any assistance on this!

I disconnected everything. Looks like it is the lever itself. Nothing some PB Blaster won't be able to fix. I would like to maybe pull the thing out and really clean it up - save that for another day.
 
Have you an LST(line setting ticket)? It will tell you what components your rig rolled off the line with. Unless of course its been gutted for more modern or more available components, it should give you an overview of what model your t-case/tranny are thus a way to look for problems/fixes and parts.
