Tie rod question?

I'm a little confused about which tie rods ends I need to get. Some are fine thread and some are course. Also is there a difference between the right and left tie rod end or are they the same? I have the Dana 44 front, the id numbers are 11-13-5b5 603564-8. Thanks for the help.
 
Most common, is having both left and right hand threads on that same tie rod. But as po go, things May have changed over the years. Check your current rod ends to see if they are course thread or fine thread. That will determine which thread pitch ya wanna order
 
Scout II axles from the factory have one coarse and one fine thread tierod end, both are right hand thread.

Thank ya for the clarification Jeff. Goes to show how often I order stock oem Scout rod ends. And it's been a number of years since I recall this info. Alzheimers kicked in. All the rod ends I have been installing lately on my own scouts II's and a few others have been of the one ton Chevy variant rod ends left and right hand threads. And replacing the oem tie rod with 1-1/4 dom .250 wall.
