Throttle pedal arm

How much stronger is your throttle pedal arm than the old oem ones? I've had 3 of the old ones and am ready for a 4th...but it needs to be extra heavy duty since I only have one vehicle and it does get alot of use! (the cable is good, lubed and works great, the return springs are fine...no excess pressure on the cable to make it wear out, I just drive it all the time)

thanks!

These are stock replacements that are supplied through light line and are not any stronger than the originals. If you have gone through that many than maybe try putting a stop bolt on your floor board so when you are at full throttle you are not exerting extra leverage on the arm.

Thanks Jeff, these days I haven't had my truck at full throttle in ages with gas prices the way they are unless doing a quick test drive. Think I'll visit a blacksmith (if I can find one) and see if they can get some solid 3/4"- 1" square steel stock bent to specs and then drill/tap the necessary holes in it.
