Steering Wobble

Hi, my '73 4x2 1110 has a mean wheel wobble, I'd bet $5 that its coming from the drivers side wheel, but I can't tell if its the rim, the bearings, or a toe-in problem. Does anyone have a suggestion about how I could trouble shoot this?
 
The problem seems to be slipped belts in both front tires, it sat for 10 years in the central valley. I also have a bad drivers side upper ball joint, which I'm having trouble sourcing. Thanks for the heads up, your suggestion got me to inspect the rubber, and finding new ones that don't rub the drag link is a bit of a task, the link ticket says h78-15's were the original.
