Steering input seal kit O Ring

Hi, I have the steering input seal kit, and I was wondering where the o ring goes, my guess is it goes on the opposite end on the housing end plug. Am I correct in my assumption?

The large o-ring that comes with the kit goes on the front input adjuster. Take caution if you decide to take that apart to replace the o-ring as it can ruin the box if not done properly. A service manual is invaluable for making sure you get the repair done correctly. Unless you see fluid weeping from there I would leave it alone and only replace the input seal which is usually the source of most steering box leaks.
