This is a very rare combination! It's up for sale so I can generate some funding for the ongoing conversion of the rig into a flatbed trailer-toter.

This is a 1973 1110 4x4 short box. A few whiskey-dents here and there...but absolutely no rust anywhere! This box had the shell installed when purchased new in '73 and was set up in similar fashion to custom vans of that era. Had a 3/4" marine plywood floor (carpeted) installed at that time and the bed floor has never even seen foot traffic! There are several small mounting holes of various sizes in the floor now due to many changes in configuration over the years. And a few holes in the forward section of the bedrails where the tool box was mounted,...toolbox and other items no included!

The floor has had a 1/2" industrial rubber mat installed ever since I removed the plywood about seven years ago. There was some rust damage at the lower rear of the bed floor where it meets the tailgate, no penetration, and that has all been cleaned up along time ago.

The lower portion of the tailgate had rust damage as well, that has all been repaired, but the exterior of the tailgate does have the typical small spots of deterioration found in all "d"-series tailgates in the corners of the inset...it's been repaired and needs it again.

An interior light is accessible from the rear hatch and I've added a 12vdc auxilary tap at the tailgate opening as well for a convenience outlet.

The shell is a snugtop fiberglas unit fabbed originally in long beach, CA. All glass is perfect, the screening in the slider windows needs to be refreshed now. Has a pass-through boot permanently affixed. Set up for copper tubing curtain rods (I have all that stuff) and originally had green crushed velvet curtains throughout!! A custom-made 3/4 bed mattress was originally installed, that is included.

Shell does have the typical stress-cracking in the gelcoat in some of the radiused corners. That is easily repaired when this shell is prepped for re-paint.

The bumper is the typical factory option unit, it's in perfect condition and has never been welded on!

I'm guesstimating the gross weight of this whole set to be in the range of 1200lbs.

Shipping? Don't even go there! But I will help the buyer load it onna trailer or truck of course. It's currently up on blocks in the parking lot and wrapped in plastic to keep it clean and dry. We're located 22 miles due east of I-5 out of eugene/springfield, or, right off oregon 126/mckenzie hiway. Any nigerian/craigslist scammers will be met in the parking lot witha mossberg cruiser slamcocker.

I'm asking $879.95 for the complete set. I'd rather not split it up...but we'll see. I don't do pm, but ya can git me at rodelizrd@gmail.com

I will consider a partial trade for a "d"-model IH Dana 60/70 dually open-knuckle steering axle...prefer 4.56 gears but that's not a deal-breaker.
