SOA tire size

I have a 75 Scout II and it has a spring over set up has anyone been able to clear 35's? Short of cutting a ton of body, I am not opposed to cutting a little but not trying to get crazy...

Not sure about others but here's my experience. SOA allows for 33's. Add a 1-2 inch body lift to fit 35's under most driving conditions. For me to fully stuff 35's offroad with no bump stops I needed 2" springs as well as the SOA and 1.5" body lift.
 
4" SUA lift can fit 33's, 4" SUA lift and 3" body lift can fit 35's. SOA can rub with 32's if you want, 33's fit pretty good. 35's can fit with some minor (or major depending on your desire) trimming and limiting the up-travel (lower bump stops) as needed. Any body lift or spring lift on top of that help with less trimming.

Mount them up, then flex it out, then trim or bump stop to get your desired results.
