SOA Parts needed????

I have a '74 Scout that I am re-building. I am unsure of all the parts that are required for a complete SOA. The ones that come to my mind are 2 sets of leaf spring perches, u bolts and plates, brake lines, shocks, front & rear driveafts?, etc. I only want to spend 700=1500 for the set up. What is the cheapest way, parts wise to fully complete a SOA? I do plan on installing a reverse shackle set-up up fron,t but will have to do that sometime later on afther the SOA.
