Sheridan Days Parade

This Saturday!!!

Get your IH all tuned and polished up. We will be meeting at the grade school and having a club bbq starting at 2:00. Bring your drinks. Burgers and chips will be provided. Staging for the parade will start at 4:00pm. Please let me know if you plan to attend so we know how much food to get. Hope to see a great turn out for this one. Lets make a statement.

I'm in, kathy can't come home for this after all as she had planned. If chunk upchucks agin, then hiz azz will git parked on the road one more time, I'll go back and see if the beater will start.

I'll have water and sodas for everyone iced down (no beer as this is not an appropriate event for that). All the stuff left over from the maybenville cruuz-in.

We need a big IHSTO turnout for this event, we're pimpin' Binder Bee heavily to the general public during the sheridan event. These parades really generate interest in our junkiron and the bee, the phone will start ringing at bee hq on Sunday after the parade for more info!

We've had to change our plans somewhat. We have to be back in late afternoon, so we will be there earlier and assist Mike in promoting the bee.

Don't count us for the bbq or parade.

Well the sheridan days was a huge success. the parade was larger than I expected and the turnout of people on the street watching was amazing. This is a definite must do for next year. We had a great turn out of IHSTO members with 8 internationals driving with us. We would have had 9 but maranda drove the pink Scout with the race team instead of us. these are the only pictures I took of the event. We also won a second place ribbon.

This was truly an amazing event in light of the current economic times! This weekend at sheridan days is truly what this country is all about! Huge gathering of folks at one place with no problems at all, just a bunch of fun for all who attended! I never anticipated that so many folks would line the streets!!!

Thanks to monte for grubbin' us up again! It takes a lot of work behind the scenes to pull something like this off, maranda took care of making sure all of us were "registered", and ken did a great job in pulling this together.

The profile of IHSTO was definitely raised yet again in the regional community.

We're really looking forward to our next gathering of IHSTO at the willamina mud drags next weekend, thanks to maranda and monte, IHSTO will have a booth at the event to promote the club and the bee!

And we need a huge turnout of club rigs for the fourth of July parade that ken is organizing now!
