Have always loved IH Scouts and am considering picking one up for a mountain townie / hunting rig. I'm no mechanic so please help me out. Specs listed below, really nice looking cosmetics & restore but want to make sure its good mechanically. Fires right up no problem. Let me know anything I should be concerned about or asking seller. Interior: gauges, upholstery, rubber floor, glass
Exterior: lights, wires, fuel tank, top, paint
Wheels/tires: new
Frame: scraped and coated
Suspension: new leafs and shocks 3" body lift
