I’m trying to find out if the Scout II manual box pitman arm will fit on the Scout 80/800 manual box. I was told that it would years ago with a slight modification. I have a 64 Scout that I swapped some D44’s out of an 80 SSII into it, and have some 4.5” lift HD YJ springs on it with new hangers etc, I’ve been running my scout 80 pitman arm still but need a longer arm to get my full turning radius. I am wanting to keep my manual steering as I am not running huge tires etc. and my box still works like a dream. Any tech info is greatly appreciated.
