Scout II 345/T19 swap into 800 304/BW11

I'm planning to swap the drive train from a 79 Scout II into a 69 800a and have a few questions about the clutch set up. Found some articles that discuss this swap with the 4cyl but none with the 8.

The Scout II drive consists of a 345 w/ t19 and Dana 20. Rear axle from the 800 (Dana 44 w/ powerlok) will be retained. Front axle will be Dana 44 from the Scout II w/ disk and will be narrowed to match 800 width.

The 800a has a 304 w/ bw11 auto and Dana 20.

I have brake and clutch pedals from an 800 not sure of year maybe 65. The set up of this truck was 4 cyl with mechanical linkage.

Other mods to 800a will include the addition of power steering via round pump from early IH truck, Scout II power steering box. Plus I will be adding hydro boost from an astro van. The plate at the firewall will be discarded and replaced with flat stock so I don't have to hack the fender.

From what I've read adding a hydraulic actuated clutch May be the cleanest install. The research I've done it looks like I can salvage the master and slave from an s10 or buy new. I plan to buy new. I've also read that with the 4cyl to t18/19 conversions most people look for a bellhouse from an early truck that was already set up for hydraulic.

Has anyone done this conversion? Can I make the existing bellhouse work with minimal/ no fabrication or will it be an easier and cleaner install if I source a bellhouse already set up for a slave. If the later what vehicle would have the hydraulic bellhouse I want.

Any advice, suggestions to help this swap happen and pictures of this type of swap would be great.
