Scout at Pick-nPull off of antelope in Sacramento

I went to pick-n-pull on July 3rd, off of antelope in sac, and there was this sweet little rig behind the fence marked "builder, not for parts" , hopefully someone can snatch it up before it get's passed on to the yard, parted out and crushed .
Why would someone send a rig like that to be crushed ???
