scout 80 wheel options

Am not having luck locating a good set of rallye wheels.

Is there an oem wheel (15 inch) option out there?

I know what you are looking for lonnie! And after visiting with you at the pardee, I've exhausted my contacts for some used rallye wheels

but...this source which we've already discussed has some "similar" stuff showing now in their online catalog...including "used" (when available). These are a dodge application (5 on 5.5 pattern):

Just a thought, who knows if they actually have 'em?? Call 'em up and challenge!

Edit: that's wrong...those show to be 16" wheels! Call 'em anyway tell 'em what you are looking for.

Try this link to a Ford wheel app:

The problem you will find (you already know this probably) is the backspacing to work with stock location s80 front springs. Ya gotta get the inner sidewall of the tire away from the spring in a full-lock turn. Remember the old "chrome/reverse" look wheel setup?? Those had minimal backspacing but were hell on wheel bearings/spindles! I have four of the "reverse"-type wheels that came on my pickup, those are now going under my s80 using 32" tires and will barely clear the springs.

Another workaround is the use of bolt-on, high-end wheel spacers just thick enough for the front to move the tires away from the springs.
