Scout 80 master cyl questions

My buddy bmax has a '64 with manual brakes that someone did a mickey duck dual servo conversion on. The master cyl is 1" and it takes both feet to stop it now (even worse because it's automatic converted by the dspo) I know the oem was 7/8" and I have been trying to find one that will work.

Barring that:
planning on power brakes anyways (preferably without butchering the inner fenderwell. Thinking maybe astrovan or similar 90 degree hydroboost)
 
Other than shortening the pedal shaft & having two lines (f&r), Ford mustang 1972 mc (disc brake version) is a good swap.
