First post,bare with me.
Acquired a International R 185 series,372 cid,5 speed tranny(no 2 speed rear)tin work is very nice for its age.
Problem is what year was this baby manufactured?
The id tag is mounted on the driver side door and reads as such-Model R 185HD,serial number FA 380xx x, WB 175,max GVW 25500,max GCW 42000.
What ever was mounted behind the cab has been removed,
Primary color is yellow.
Any help identifying this truck will be greatly appreciated.

Serial number lists I can find show that beginning number on January 2, 1959 was FA 30040 and beginning number on November 1, 1959 was FA 54562. So yours was built during first part of 1959 I would guess.

Still looking for the chassis number which when found will
verify the exact year.59 will have to do for now.
