Hello everybody,
I have a 68 Scout 800 with the closed knuckle Dana 27 up front, I have found a disc brake kit for it on the ebay that included front wheel bearings and seals, however I have also noticed the wipers for the knuckles are shot and the king pin bearings are worn out. Any one know of a rebuild kit for this axle or should I bite the bullet and move to different axles? Any advice is always appreciated, Mike
p.s. I should also mention that I drive this rig every day, 98 percent of the time it will be on pavement, so I have no need for the "latest" or the "best" I just want it solid without a lot of fuss.
