Rear Disk Conversion w/ Locker

Hello,

I am just about done saving up to purchase the rear disk conversion for my 78ssii.

The only thing right now that is worrying me is that I have a full detroit locker in the rear. Does this cause a problem for doing the conversion as in pulling the axle shafts out? Do I need to do anything to the locker?
