Rear D44 axle seals

Long story short...

Robert(jetfxr) has been working on my Scout as time allows. When it arrived the rear axle (d44) had been straightened and trussed because the housing was bowed. Eventually the warn shafts rubbed enough on the top of the spindle to score them and one shaft broke. I opted to ditch the problematic warn full floater kit and buy ten factory alloy sf shafts instead. Robert thinks the housing is still bent because gear lube continues to run past the new outer seals. Cutting the truss off and restraightening the housing is not an option but placing old style d44 inner axles seals in and packing the wheeling bearings with grease is. Any other options do I have? I am frustrated with the time and money that has been put into this axle and it holds zero loyalty but I can't scrap it ans start over. Robert doesn't "think" the new alloys are rubbing. Obviously if they are, it would void warranty and we would be out even more money. Thoughts???

I've got some thoughts for you Todd but not the time to type. Feel free to give me a call as I'll be glad to let you know what I think.
