I have a 65 Scout 80 all wheel drive and im a newbie. I have a bunch of small simple questions that I just dont know the answer to, like on my fuel pump on the very bottom part where the to hex screws go into is one suppoesd to go all the way through cause one does and I think that is causing it to not work but I just thought I would cheack, there are some patched holes on the floor boards, are those original drain hole? I have heard about stuff like that or just rust holes, and is a red carpet speacil make it worth much more?
