Radiator Replacment Options

I have a 1970 800 model Scout. It has a 304 and is a manual. The radiator is shot and I am in need of a new one. This is a farm truck so I do not want to spend a fortune on getting it re-cored. Is there another type of radiator that I could use in place of the old one. I have the ability to move the neck if necessisary. I simply need one that will support the 304 and fit in the same hole that the original radiator came from. Any advice?

I can't answer this, I've never needed to conjure up a workaround radiator for a s800 vertical flow unit.

However, a radiator shop would have a dimensional guide (non-consumer publication) they use for doing this type work, you might check with one and see what they say.
