Quarter panel patches

New Scout owner here. Been searching on the forums for awhile, here and others. Why hasn't any one made quarter panel patches. Specifically the area above the rear wheel well. It seems this is a fairly common place for rust to form and replacement panels are "way" expensive. I May be way off base here. Is any body else interested in these replacement panels. I don't have the skillz to make them but I'm sure someone around here does.

These panels are not easy to make hence why no one offers a patch. I'm sure there is interest in this item. At least we have quarter panels available.
 
Jeff, thanks for the reply...I hate to spend the money on complete panels when all I need is a small patch. Thanks for the information.

Along these lines, does anyone make a patch panel for the area on the 1/4 panel behind the wheel well? I know there are patches available for the area between the wheel well and door.
