I'm located in the bay area California and am in need of a ps pump bracket for a 152... My rig is on stands until I can get this part so if you have one let me know asap!

There never was a ps pump bracket for a 152 application.
You need to look for a bracket set for a 196 installed in a Scout II. There are two distinctly different versions, the cast bracket and it's support arm for the "early" version in a Scout II, and the last gen fabricated bracket and it's support arm for Scout II. Both use the common saginaw "tear drop pump", not the larger pump used on pickalls.
There was a bracket for the large pump available through IH for mounting the engine-driven pump for the snow plow sets that were an option, though most sold were full electric/hydraulic plow setups with no engine-driven pump.
I'm looking for one for myself also, though not for use with a power steering gear. Most likely I'll fabricate a mount, the pump mount for a sv application won't bolt on as there is no cylinder head/block to attach it to on an I-4 engine.
