power steering turn stops

My 79 with power steering doesn't seem to have any stops turning left to right, except for when the tire edge rubs on the springs. I have some 4" skyjackers and the pass side tire has polished the outside of the spring clamp real pretty. Is that a pump mechanism or a steering column deal ?

The stops are bolts that are in the back side of the steering knuckles.

12.5's?? Rutts that shaggy? I thought I had a pict of the wheels and a shot of the disc behind. I'll take a few. If im careful and keep the rubber off the spring, the turn radius is pretty tight and I guess id like to keep that, but also be safe and not risk breaking anything - im not even sure there are any bolt stops there now.

Btw I have a 70 boss 302 on stands in my garage. I always have to choose which to spend money on!:ihih:

Was looking at the pictures in your "tie rod" post from earlier. Could read the tire size off the tires. Pictures are not opening now when clicked on.
