2210c ona 345 76 terra. Rpm 700 dwell @ 45 (should be 30) timing @13. Carb idles great in park and neutral) and has instant responce when given it the gas. The idle mixture screws have no effect on carb?

Problem:
when going down the road it wants to run alittle rough and wants to die and run rough when coming to a stop? If I shift it into n coming up to a stop sign it will idle fine? Mr. Mayben would you have any suggestins on what to look for? Also, where do I fine were y'all show your shop services for rebuilding a carb or get one of you rebuilt carbs?

If that is a gold box ignition system, then the dwell spec is way off and the timing has been compensated for that.

The ignition system must be corrected and locked down before doing any carburetor work. Dwell in a gold box distributor is determined by the reluctor air gap specification. The service manual has all needed service procedures for verification. A reluctor air gap of the specified 0.008" will provide a dwell factor of 26>32*.

If the distributor is a breaker point type, then the dwell factor is 28>32*.

If the breaker point distributor or a gold box distributor as been converted using a pertonix trigger, then the dwell factor is a nominal 30*.

If in fact there are issues with the carburetor (and no doubt there are), it's impossible to diagnose and service issues like this by bullshittin' on a forum. The carburetor simply needs some attention by an experienced fuel systems mechanic.

Regarding our carburetion services, there is no charge for teardown/inspection once the unit is received here at the shop other than the cost of shipping on the customer's end. If the core cannot be rebuilt inna satisfactory manner, then we don't scruu around with "make run". The recently announced "fuel systems shop" is located here:

Any carburetor can be very tedious to service correctly, each model has it's own set of issues that are recurring, along with sub-systems that must be verified during the process. Otherwise ya end up with a useless pile! Ya don't just blow some air through it, soak in some kinda "cleaner", and stick in a kit. And all the proper components in a kit must be correct for the particular list number being serviced, many times the parts needed for a successful rebuild are not contained in any kit and must be sourced separately.
