I've got a 71 Scout II I'm considering swapping a 700R4 into. Has a T-18 in it now. Not looking to debate all the options here, just after an idea of what will be involved in terms of parts I can get from IHPA and what I'll need to fabricate. Might turn into a phone call to Jeff but thought I would start here. I've got a good trans shop nearby that I'll get the trans and transfer case from. So what's left after that?
What I've though about so far:

- Adapter Kit from IHPA
- Auto Trans Shifter
- Auto pedal assembly
- OD shift gate IHPA
- Transfer Case shifter, sounds like there's probably a good cable operated option somewhere
- TV cable setup for carb, I think my trans shop can work that out.
- Flywheel Cover from IHPA
- Possibly some sort of rear engine mount to take to take some of that IH engine weight off the bellhousing. Not listed on IHPA site as parts, but I know they've been done on some builds.
- Fabricate something for the transmission crossmember
Any other thoughts on things I'll need to work out?
