I went out to richmond Saturday to pnp to get some Ford springs.

Along the way I stopped deal auto wrecking (400 w gertrude ave richmond, CA 94801) & came across these:

63-64 Scout 80.
Body was straight, minor rust, most glass was bad.

The thing that really caught my eye were the IH mirrors. I'm not sure if they were a factory upgrade or taken from another IH... I think they were either aluminum or stainless steel.

The other thing I found was an 1100 Travelall with good lr glass (the kind that wraps around the rear).

It was 4x4, inline 6, closed knuckle d44 front, most body parts/driveline was there (head was off motor).

There were a few 70s pickups, one that looks similar to cary's, but it looked like it had pulled a scooter (roll). It had the big 6 lug wheels, dually rear with 2 speed rear (I think):

2wd, bad body rig (this May be the rig that cary got his front seat with the center console from)

The Travelall must be a fairly recent addition since I was there last. But that Scout 80 has been there at least a few years now. I took a bunch of pictures of it when it first came in, but I kept forgetting to post it up. Couple of the windows have been broken since it has been sitting there.

I used to know the owner of deal wrecking till he passed away within the past year or so. He was all excited when he first got that Scout 80 too. But had no intensions of building it up as a runner.

That one truck that looks like it was rolled, most likely was damaged from when they stacked other cars on top of it.
