Oil fill neck question

Hey everyone just had a question and was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. Looking at making my own valvecovers for my 304 (for asthetic reasons, love flat top aluminum valve covers) but that poses the problem of getting oil into the engine. I have seen what appears to be an oil filler neck on the 4 cylinder coming off the front of the block, if this is the case can it be retrofitted to a v8? If not does anyone have any other ideas (besides putting a filler cap on the valve cover) thanks for the help

Front oil fill tube goes into the timing gear cover. You will need the cover and the tube from an early sv.
Makes it nice and easy to add oil and keeps the dirt out of the valve train.
