Offset water neck for use with DUI

I'm looking for an offset water neck for use in my sii with a dui. Attached is a pic of the part I'm looking for.

I currently have the dui installed, but had to grind the locating peg off of the cap and rotate it 90deg due to clearance issues. I'd feel better with the offset neck and new cap that is positively located.

Have you called Jeff about this???

If he doesn't have one at his location, I have one I can supply from my location. He'll advise ya of the cost, I'll drop ship if needed.

But I have only one left that I'll part with at this time. And it will be very clean and ready to bolt on after painting.
 
Just sold my last one to moto657. If you can find more michael from one of your core suppliers let me know.

Will do...I'm also nosing around for those chunks of iron along with much more unobtanium!

I do have the one here now available, just copy me on the packing slip and I'll get it out. Or...I'll send it down now...yore call!

The waterneck applications are not a "model year" thing Jeff. It's use was based on engine application by platform...and an engine not equipped oem with an a.I.r. System (air injection).

Some were used in vehicles equipped with a vertical flow radiator, some were used in the transition to crossflow radiators. An a.I.r. Motor with a crossflow radiator (radiator nipple position) will have a "curved" water neck like found on "most" (but not all) sii and post-mid '72 pickall. Scout 810 and early sii May have come oem with the neck under discussion.

The only way to know if ya have one is to do a visual!
