At the Rallye last year talked with someone that had the same issue. The idea came up of adding a Speedi-sleeve or Redi-sleeve to the CV flange
What I have. IH_345 > TF_727 with a Jeep tail housing > ORD Magnum box > NP205 > 32 spline CV flange > Driveline
I've had this weeping issue every since I installed the driveline on the 1 ton transfer case a few years back. (Blew up my other T case going up Cadillac hill)
I just added the Redi-Sleeve Part number 99212 2.124-2.130 or 53.95 54.10 mm

I'm posting this incase they want to know what I used.

Will post up some pics after driving it, to see if fixed the issue. If it does great :icon_mrgreen:, Then I can add my transfer case parking brake.

Hey Craig I believe we spoke about that! I haven’t had a chance to touch mine but it is splattering the underside of my pickup. Did it work for you? If it did I’ll do mine, I’ve replaced the seal 3 times with different brands and no luck.
