Meeting notes from 08/11/2009
in attendance:
rob, jayson, Mike, Joe, dave, Craig j, marty and (briefly rob wilson the screen print guy).
Items discussed:
1. Rallye planning / sponsorships. No progress since last month.
2. Business cards. No progress since last month. Craig johnson said he will check on the avialability of card stock.
3. Picnic planning. No progress since last month. We are having trouble finding a suitable site. It was discussed that since it is getting late in the year, we should shelve this until next year. Instead, we May have an informal, byo picnic locally.
4. Workday. No progress since last month. Still tentatively planned at jason's place in san leandro.
5. Keith got grilz! Bling bling bling!
6. Rubicon. It looks like dave and Craig j and possibly Joe are going to do the rubicon in September.
The t-shirts that we ordered were delivered and distributed to those who showed up last nite. Pete, doc and cary, I have your shirts here. Let me know how you want me to get them to you.
