Newbie to the Round Body Community

Greetings all, I recently purchased a 1968 Travelette with a title out of New Mexico and I'm sure I'll be asking a ton of questions...it's actually not in terrible condition so I'm hoping I can get it to Binder Boneyard and let Dan look it over for me. It took a while but I'm slowly starting to feel the karma of the round body community :) Looking forward to getting educated by the experts in here....and I don't mind being pointed to a book or two.

Welcome. I have a D series T'ette. Looking for a 900 step side C series for a project. What are your plans for this truck?

This will be a weekend driver but, also an occasional work truck for towing my boat and cargo trailer. I'm having it picked up and delivered to Dan at the Binder Boneyard to inspect the drive train and for his recommendations on the areas I need to address. It's a 56 year old truck, for it's age I've seen them in much worse condition. This one has escaped much of the deterioration I've observed on other online postings so I am looking forward to restoring as much as I can to have a safe and reliable truck.
