New Scout 80(to me) building up

I just bought a '63 Scout 80 so I am new to the threads although I ve been reading them for years. Finally now I got one.

I am on a slight budget, however I want to put a medium lift on it. Can I just do some add-a-leafs and shackles or will that do anything? I'd like to run 33's but not sure if its possible. Ive got 31's on there now but there is not much clearance.
I don't want to go crazy as I have the original 152ci engine. I want to make it a driver around town, not a crawler.

I'd appreciate any help.
Also, I know its been a bit of a topic on here, but I'd like to put some round fender flares on if anyone has heard of any new developments on those for an 80/800?

Thanks

Congrats on the new Scout! I have a 66 Scout, with the same basic concept that you do. I want it to be a fun rock crawler and still be able to drive it around town. I ditched the old leaf springs and found a set of used ones from an early 90’ Jeep and made custom brackets and hangers (im sure you can buy those from any off road store). I don’t know your fabrication ability, but I was able to add a six inch lift for about 200 bucks.
Also, the fender flares from an early Bronco fit almost perfectly with a little trimming of course.
