Hey, how's it goin ?
Sorry,I know I probably put this post in the wrong section, but I wasn't sure how to post otherwise.
I'm a new member and I wanted to intrduce myself.
I finally picked up another Scout,
, my second one in 15 year's.
Sold the first one when I was 16 ,
wanted it back ever since.
Anyway, this ones a '79 traveler, blue with a white top, (sorry, no pic's yet),
345, 727, Dana 44's, factory rust, ect...( hey, I need a rear lift gate... Anyone ?)
should be a fun project.
Ok, here go's:
lived here all my life, married with a 5 year old daughter.
I like classic cars, big truck's, cold beer, fishin, wheelin, wrenchin, and spendin time with the family.
ok, now that's out of the way.....
I'm lookin for a local Scout club, or relatively local, and some good like minded people.
I've been following these thread's for a while now, and there dosen't seem to be a more knowledgeable group when it comes to building these rig's, so I'll be askin some question's from time to time and doin alot of readin, tryin to get this beast goin, so, sorry for the long rant, can't wait to meet everyone, and thank's in advance for the help.
