NEED: replacement Windshield '76 Scout II

Hello fellow IH fans, I was wondering if anyone knows who, if anyone, sells new/good quality used windshields for '76 Scout II's. Mine is rock chipped and now cracking across and I would like to replace it,...any help would be appreciated

Once again, I'm looking for a company or distributor, who sells new windshields for Scout iis, surely someone else has had to replace theirs and knows a company.....?

Have you tried calling or going to a "local" (long established) auto glass shop?

I do not know if new windshields are available for Scout iis -- or available for 69 - 75 t/as for that matter...

If the guy is not too lazy, he should be able to look it up in one of his books...

If you are looking for "cheap". I think it's "too late in the day"...

Using google found a couple online shops that gave a web quote for a Scout II -- around $200. Installed; one would allow you to pick up the glass from their warehouse and you could install it yourself.

Since there is probably only one or two manufacturers ofthis glass, the only real difference is the skill of the installer.

If the Scout II windshields are actually flat; then, any auto glass shop could cut a new windshield for you -- for a price, of course.
