I have a 67 Scout, modified...with a 345 and a T-98 out of a truck I think...when I had the hydraulic clutch working it took 40 lbs of force to disengage...so I need another solution. Please see attached pic. Any ideas are welcome.

Took a road trip to Iowa, learned the master and slaves are all standard. Took some pics of an existing clutch installation in a 68 IH dump truck, got a new master and slave, then got home to realize that the clutch arm to the bell housing was modified and severely shortened...which would explain the 40 lbs clutch force. Gonna need a new clutch fork out of a truck chassis with the T19 tranny. Top pic is 68 dump truck, bottom is what I have.
