need advice for tbi and turbo 304

I am working with a few mechanic and tractor pulling engine builders to build a TBI and torbocharged 304 any advice on torbo size and where to find (on what junkyard vehicle)
 
Yes I can spell turbo, all the other sites I can find are geared for the riceburnin crowd and all turbo info dead ends after 4 cyl setups. I have deduced that I need to find a TBI setup from a Chevy bb and distributer graft , iknow how to setup the turbo just need info on approx size and where to find.if my calculations are right I need something with an a/r of around .68 a garrett to4e should do the trick but new are around 700......help has anyone done this
