Need a new proportioning valve brake line.

Does anyone know where I can get the coiled hard brake line that goes from the bottom of the proportioning valve to the first brake distribution block?

I need to replace my valve but I am unable to get the fitting on this particular line loose on either end. It is seized in place very well. I may have to cut the line tomorrow just so I can remove the proportioning valve out. Is there a replacement available? I've been looking on line and I cannot find this particular line anywhere.
