Got my first car/Scout a couple weeks ago so I thought I would post. Its a 63 Scout 80 that is going to be a big project. I bought it from a guy that had been using it on his almond farm for about 20 years (so the body is all bashed in) and then sat for I don't known how long. I got it runnig a couple days after I got it, kinda. I had to take a piece of fuel line that was about a foot an a half long and hook it up to the carb because the drivers side tank has a broken filler neck and the passenger side tank is clogged. I used my air compressor and wrapped a rag around the nozzle to seal it and blew it into the tank. All that would happen the tank would bubble out and I would stop as soon as that happened and still no gas would flow, so I am in the process of pullin the tank to see if a can fix it my self or if im going to have to take it in. So with the line filled all the way up it ran for about 15 seconds and so far it runs suprisingly well. I have pictures I can post if someone can explain to me how to do it using a mac
