Model # and vin # question

I was wondering if anyone could help me determine the year and model of my International Harvester truck cab. The cab and doors are the only parts I have and was considering making a ratrod out of it. Plans have kind of changed and I want to sell it, but I want to advertise it correctly knowing an actual year model if possible. The model tag on the left inside footwell is h f 3624 86 (letters and numbers are spaced out as I typed it if that matters. Thanks for any help in advance.

That is a custom tag that was not necessarily a standard build.
Please post a photo of the cab so we might have a chance in id'ing it for you.
 
Pic added of truck. That's the best one I have until I get home tonight. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna sell it because I bought a 40's dodge firetruck yesterday which is going to fit my build much better than this IH would have.
